Peel propose to construct on land within its ownership what we describe as an “International Trade Centre”. This will be located in the Northwest of England within the port city region of Liverpool.

This would be the first of its kind in the United Kingdom and the largest and most sustainable Trade Centre in Europe.

The facility will sell an unlimited variety of types of goods to the wholesale market. It would serve as a trading ‘Gateway’ into the UK and the whole of Europe.
